Are you renovating an existing property or condo unit? Apply for building permits online (PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLETE STEPS 1-3), view review status, pay permit fees and schedule inspections all from your home, office or mobile device.

REVISIONS AND CORRECTIONS SHOULD BE UPLOADED AS A DOCUMENT UNDER YOUR EXISTING PERMIT NUMBER, WE WILL FOLLOW UP BY EMAIL AS NEEDED.
ALL INSPECTIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED BEFORE 3:00 PM FOR THE INSPECTION TO BE DONE THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY.
