Welcome!
This portal will allow contractors access to KICA's Livability Department and the Kiawah Island Architectual Review Board
for online permitting, fee payments, scheduling inspections and general requests.

  • ENCROACHMENT PERMITTING
    Discover what information is needed to obtain an encroachment permit. Check your permit status, request an inspection or apply online.

    Learn when you will need ARB approval, view submittal requirements, access ARB forms, apply online, and view your status.

Depending on the project an ARB Permit and/or Town of Kiawah Building Permit may also be required.
