Welcome to the City of Revere Online Permitting and Health Licensing Portal
On this page you will find Permit Applications for the Building, Fire, and Public Works Departments, and Licenses for the Health Inspections and Public Health Departments. You will need to create or log into an account. If you already have an account and can't access it, you can reset your password or call 3-1-1 (781-286-8311) for assistance. Please don't create a new account if you already have one.

Development Projects
The purpose of Site Plan Review is to ensure that the design and layout of new commercial, industrial, and residential developments will be beneficial to the neighborhoods and environment of the City of Revere. Site Plan Review is required for all new construction projects over 1,000 gross square feet of building area.
Licensing
For Health Licensing if you have a renewal notice be sure to follow the instructions. For a new business or new application log in to create an account.
Search
You can use the SEARCH functions on this page to seek all permits and permit documents that were created since we launch this system in March, 2018. You will need to create an account.
Instructions
You can access Instructions for Building/Plumbing/Electrical/Fire Permits, Bulky Item Pickup, New Trash Cart Purchases, Yard Sales, Temporary Dumpsters/Pods, and Driveway Curb Cuts/Sidewalk Alterations. (Turn off pop up blockers if instructions fail to load.)
To access your existing permit application:
Login, select My Account, and View My Requests. Click on your permit number in one of the tabs, depending on its status. Once you have selected your permit number, you can:
- Make a Payment (if permit is approved)*
- Edit your permit (if permit has not yet been approved)
- Upload additional documentation (after approval)
- Print your Permit (in the Issued Tab)
- Check on status
*Please note that fees paid by online credit card will incur a 3% convenience fee. Fees paid by ACH Check (echeck) may incur a $.50 fee.
