The 2026-27 license year opens March 2, 2026! All Business License renewals need to be submitted by April 30th. Licenses not renewed by April 30th will be subject to late fee of five (5%) per month in addition to the standard license tax. 

   All Short-Term Rentals will need to upload the rental activity report with their business license renwals.   Email Beth Rinehimer, brinehimer@townofseabrookisland.org with questions regarding Short-Term Rentals.
