New License

Any business, including a home-based business, that is located in or performs work in the City of Hardeeville is required by the Business License Ordinance to purchase a business license each year. Annual licenses are valid from May 1st through April 30th each year. Temporary one-time licenses are issued when appropriate and are valid only for the event or job for which they are issued.

Renewals

You may use this portal to renew if your license has an expiration date of 4/30/2025.  All others will need to submit a new business license application.

Please attach any current state license.

 
Payments

Once you have received approval of your license, please go to the payment portal on the main page and submit your payment.  Once payment is processed you will be notified that your license is ready.
