Business License
 
If you are starting a new business, you must check with San Bernardino County to find out if you need to record a Fictitious Business Name or obtain Health Permits. If you require a state reseller's license, make sure to contact the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration. Depending on the type of business you may need to contact other county and state offices to obtain all the necessary documents to start your business. We do require a State Issued Driver’s License or ID to be submitted with your application. If you have further questions, please contact our office.

• Bingo Annual License: $171.08 + $4 (SB 1186 Fee) = $175.08
• Peddling-Hawking-Soliciting Permit application fee: $171.08 + Business License $111.82 + $4 (SB 1186 Fee) = $286.90 (Peddling-Hawking-Soliciting Permit must also have or obtain a valid City Business License).
  

Refunds in full will not be issued for any license (Vacation Home Rental/Business License) for which processing has been initiated (exemptions may apply).  No refunds will be issued upon cancellation of any application in which thirty (30) days have transpired from date of application and applicant has failed to comply with the requirements of the application process.

Vacation Home Rental (VHR) applications as well as renewals (Business License and VHR) need to be completed online. For new submittals you must fill out all 3 applications, see the list below. PAYMENTS & RENEWALS:  Business License application and renewal payments can be made online (see below). Renewals are due upon expiration date no later than 30 days after that date, late fee applies for renewals 30 days after the expiration date indicated on your Business License. Business Owner is responsible to maintain their Business License active.
