In accordance with Massachusetts State law, a permit is required for most projects in the Town of Medway. Please contact the Building Department (508-533-3253)  or Department of Public Works (508-355-3275) with any permitting questions, or if you are unsure if your project requires a permit.  

Getting Started is Easy

    Register

    If you created a profile AFTER August, 2018 please click on "login" located on the top right corner of your screen. Otherwise, create a profile for yourself. you'll only have to do this ONCE.

    Apply

    Build your permit application by going through the simple prompts, and upload any documents needed to complete your permit application.

    Pay

    You have the option of bringing in cash or a check, or paying by credit card (UniBank, Town of Medway’s financial institution, may charge a service fee for credit card transactions.)
    4.

    Submit

    Once you’ve completed your registration, application, and have paid, everything will be reviewed, and you will either be contacted asking for more information, or will be reached via email that your permit has been approved.
