We are going digital! Through this portal you can submit plans to the Building Department on-line. You can apply for everything from minor permits for solar systems, reroofs, HVAC, etc., or major building permits such as new residential and commercial construction. Through the portal you can:

• Apply online and submit paperless plans and documents for all Building Department permits. 
• Track the progress of permit applications under review, from submittal to approval to final inspections.
• View and print copies of review comment letters.
• Request inspections online.
• View and print completed inspection reports.
• Receive real-time email, text or telephone notifications when a plan review or inspection has been completed.
