Learn what information you will need to provide when submitting your Housing Application.

Whether you are Selling, Renting, registering Vacant, or required to submit a Foreclosure Bond for the property, we review applications for approval. Residential and Commercial properties in the City limits require a review for compliance with applicable City Ordinances before an application can be issued.  Please collect all necessary documentation prior to starting a new application, failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your application.

Point of Sale

Rental Registration

  • A fee of $200 for the first rental unit, $50 for the second rental unit, and $25 for each additional rental unit with a maximum fee of $1,125
