              Timeframe for Submittal:

              When do I need to submit an application?

              Special event coordinator and vendor applications and payments are required to be submitted to and received by Cochise County at least 30 business days for event coordinators and 14 days for vendors, prior to the event. If an application AND payment is not received at least 14 business days prior to the event, application is subject to denial. This includes final vendor lists.

              Special Events/Temporary uses are also subject to the Requirements of Section 1720 of the Zoning Regulations and require permit approval from the Development Services Department, regardless of whether food is provided. If food service is provided, permit approval is required from both the Health Department and Development Services.
