In Fridley, we're proud of our city and we can all work together to make sure any code enforcement violations are identified and addressed. The city offers an easy online portal that can be accessed 24 hours a day to report a community development code enforcement concern, such as blight, weeds, and operable vehicle parking off the pavement, or other code enforcement violations. You can navigate to the citizenserve portal from our city's homepage. By clicking the report a concern button, we have different avenues to report specific concerns. Select the four community development concerns. Link to go to the online citizenserve portal. If you haven't previously registered on the citizenserve Portal, you can quickly do so by clicking on the Register Now link. Once you've created an account, you can use the same login to access any of the features on the citizenserve portal. When submitting a complaint, your information will remain confidential and protected Under the Minnesota Data Privacy Act, you can upload photos from the portal to assist in fully describing the complaint. Once a complaint is submitted, it's automatically routed to the correct department for follow-up and enforcement. You can check on the status of your complaint from the citizenserve portal.
