Separate Portal Terms Apply to the Software Application
The Website may contain links or login access to the Citizenserve online portal and software-as-a-service application (the “Portal”). Your use of the Portal, including applying for permits, licenses, submitting complaints, or any other interaction with the software, is governed exclusively by the separate Citizenserve Portal Terms of Use available within the Portal. These Website Terms do not apply to your use of the Portal.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Online Solutions, LLC, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are permitted to use the Website for your personal or legitimate business informational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Website, except as incidentally required for normal web browsing.
Our name, the Citizenserve logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Online Solutions, LLC or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the contents of those sites or resources and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
Opting In to Text Messaging
Certain features of the Citizenserve software application and public portal (accessible after logging in, not directly from this Website) may allow registered users to opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Online Solutions or the government agency or other Online Solutions customer you are interacting with. These messages may include account management texts, permit status updates, appointment reminders, payment receipts, emergency notifications, interactive messaging, service promotions, two-factor authentication codes, or other transactional and service-related alerts.
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in within the Citizenserve Portal (for example, by checking an “Opt in for text messages” box or similar control), you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages at that number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity and the agency’s settings.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message or by changing your notification preferences inside the Portal. For help, reply HELP or ?.
Consent to receive text messages is never required as a condition of using the Citizenserve service or completing any transaction.
This Website (www.citizenserve.com) does not collect mobile numbers for text messaging purposes. Any text messaging opt-in or opt-out occurs exclusively within the secure Citizenserve Portal after you have logged in.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the website is at your own risk. The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
