Background

The City of Sierra Vista, Arizona, is a growing community located in Cochise County. Facing the limitations of their aging Tyler Munis system, city leaders decided to transition to a more modern and flexible permitting and licensing platform. Challenge

Sierra Vista faced a significant challenge migrating from Tyler Munis to a new system. The project involved a large-scale implementation across several departments, complex data migration, and multiple integrations including AUTH0 for Active Directory and MFA, ESRI GIS, Cochise County property records, OpenEdge payment processor, and SolarAPP+. The city needed a reliable partner capable of handling this level of technical complexity without disrupting daily operations.
