Background

The City of Sierra Vista, Arizona, is a growing community located in Cochise County. Facing the limitations of their aging Tyler Munis system, city leaders decided to transition to a more modern and flexible permitting and licensing platform. Sierra Vista faced a significant challenge migrating from Tyler Munis to a new system. The project involved a large-scale implementation across several departments, complex data migration, and multiple integrations including AUTH0 for Active Directory and MFA, ESRI GIS, Cochise County property records and OpenEdge payment processor The city needed a reliable partner capable of handling this level of technical complexity without disrupting daily operations.

The team successfully managed the complex data migration and built seamless integrations with AUTH0, GIS, Cochise County property records, and OpenEdge.
