“We, as a municipality, work with a lot of contractors who spend minimal time, if any, in front of a computer. CitizenServe gets that. Because of their awareness and understanding to the fact that these contractors are out in the field as opposed to sitting at a desk, they’ve made the program EXTREMELY user-friendly. They’ve customized our program to fit our needs internally as well as the needs of our customers. We are constantly in contact with them; eliminating and adding fields, creating templates, and just asking simple questions. Sometimes we come up with ideas to improve the customer service (such as adding a phone app for contractors on-the-job, or creating a specific-type report), and they are receptive to these ideas, knowing that it would either improve work flow or customer satisfaction.
PS: The customer service is AWESOME! – I swear they respond to me before I’ve even hit the “send” button!!”
