Let's take a look at the setup and configuration phase. Once you decide to go with citizenserve you'll be assigned a dedicated Account Representative who will work with you on your setup and configuration. Your account rep will learn your business processes, collect supporting data, and understand your goals and objectives. Your account rep will also work with outside parties as needed for your data migration, systems integration, and online payment processing. Your account representative will fully configure all aspects of citizenserve such as your application types, forms, fees, email templates, reports, as well as your online portal.
Once your setup is complete, your account rep will work with you to schedule your user training. Your online training will be done in small groups or individually based on your needs. All training is one hundred percent hands-on, will include your migrated data, and will focus on each user's primary job function. Some users might need extra help - that's okay we can schedule as many training sessions as needed to ensure that everyone is comfortable and ready to start using citizenserve. Once your training is complete you'll be ready to go live.
All citizenserve users are entitled to unlimited support at no additional cost. Our support engineers can help you with general questions, custom reports, setup changes, training, and hundreds of administrative options. Through the Complete Customer Care Program help is just a click away with the citizenserve Support Center when you need changes have questions or need help just fill out the support request form. Your request will be routed to one of our certified support engineers. You'll receive a response on your urgent requests in less than an hour. If your request isn't as urgent you'll still receive a response on the same day.
