The customer service that Citizenserve provides is spot on! I always receive a response from a representative the same day I submit my service request, and it is typically completed within 24 hours or less. When a solution takes longer, it is because what I’ve asked for is more complex. The representatives are professional, knowledgeable and very easy to work with!
We began using citizenserve software in 2010 for permitting. The internet based feature and customization were the initial selling points for our town, however the service response and continuing improvements to the software have been the real key to the software.
