I can’t thank Spencer enough for how quickly he worked on my new forms, did exactly what I had hoped to accomplish, totally understood what it was that I was hoping to achieve. I put the request on thinking this might take a couple weeks, as in my mind this was a heavy lift – all new format of our permits, and then ensuring what we put in on the background translated to what I needed to see and to put out to the public – and he completed the task(s) as if I had asked them to be on an urgent basis. I am so impressed, so pleased and I can’t thank Spencer enough for his hard work. Its people like this who are pleasant, responsive and communicative that I am so pleased to be working with.
