Samuel was awesome! He was a huge help when we were in a pickle and trying to get things done. We created a letter to send out by the end of the day in order to correct several issues we were having. Our team member that would have normally pushed the e-mails out to everyone had left for the day by the time Samuel and I had things ready to be sent out, so Samuel even sent that e-mail out to everyone for us. Very, Very much appreciated. He saved us from a lot of phone calls today. 🙂

Spencer did a fantastic job on this ticket. It was a very lengthy ticket that should count as 8-10 tasks/tickets completed. He got it done so quickly, respectfully and genuinely handled it like a pro.
