Daniel was super helpful with my request! He listened to what I needed, asked appropriate clarification questions, and helped me to build the exact final product I needed. And all of this was done within an amazing timeframe. Kudos to Daniel!
Brenna helped me create an email template very quickly. Also, Danial got my contractor registration renewal all sent out very quickly too.
Taylor’s help getting our revised restaurant renewal process up and running has been truly incredible. You may not know this about Somerville but we have a zoning ordinance that favors small businesses, and almost all of our licensees are not funded by chains. The work to make their annual renewals easier relieves them of unnecessary stress and frees up their time to focus on their businesses, not paperwork. I had a few ideas to further improve the document upload process and Taylor was able to figure out ways to make them work. In one week, we have around 15% of our renewals complete and licenses issued–it’s such a major improvement from years past it almost doesn’t seem real! On behalf of my colleagues and our restaurant licensees, thank you so much, we are are genuinely grateful.
Taylor always displays a professional, patient approach and will work with me until it is exactly what we are looking for or will suggest other options to make it work. Always a pleasure to work Taylor.
Can’t say enough great things about Taylor. Not many people would be willing to spend time walking through a major process overhaul to make sure we get everything right. Taylor’s efforts will genuinely save our licensees and staff hundreds of hours annually, I am really excited to finish our punch list and ship!
